The Support Enquiry Zone is able to take payments for a variety of services and consumables.
Library overdue charges can be paid online via LibrarySearch by logging in to My Account, or in cash via the self-issue kiosks in the foyer of the Library.
Lost student card payments can also be paid via the online store.
Print credits can be paid online or small amounts paid in cash at the print credit kiosk in the Library foyer
The library charges fines for overdue items. You can check when your books are due back at any time by using LibrarySearch > My Account.
You will be sent an email reminder on the day items are due for return and with the exception of overnight and recalled loans which have no grace period, you will have one day to return items before fines start to accrue.

Fines are charged at the same rate for staff, students and visitors.
If your charges exceed £20.00 you will be asked to agree to a payment plan. Failure to adhere to this plan will result in your library account being suspended.

If you should lose or damage a book you will be asked to pay the replacement cost. Invoices should be paid within 30 days. Failure to settle an invoice promptly may result in a £25.00 administration charge being applied. Failure to settle a debt before leaving the University may result in referral to a debt collection agency.
If you are unable to use the self-service print credit revaluer you can pay for print credits online (minimum payment £1.00) or at SEZ (only sold in blocks of £1.50). If you wish to purchase a smaller amount of credit you should use the self service revaluer in the foyer.
